Within three (3) days after receiving an approved compensation, support and resettlement plan, the compensation and ground clearance organization shall coordinate with the commune-level People's Committee in disseminating the decision approving the compensation plan and publicly posting it up at the head office of the commune-level People's Committee and public-activity place of the residential area where exists the to-be-recovered land; and send compensation, support and resettlement decisions to persons having to-be-recovered land, indicating the compensation and support level, arrangement of a resettlement house or land (if any), time and place for paying the compensation and support money, and time for handing over the recovered land to the compensation and ground clearance organization. Compensation, support and resettlement councils or Committee for compensation and land clearance shall pay compensation and support money and arrange places for resettlement.
