Number of application dossiers:
- First submission: 02 sets. General explanation: 07 sets, drawings: 04 sets.
- After the dossiers are adjusted according to the guiding of D.P.A (if any): 02 written general explanations and 02 drawings sets (enclosed with 02 documents on the completion of the dossiers of the agency formulating the urban planning and specific urban design).
- After D.P.A submit the request of approval to HCMC People's Committee: 15 written general explanations, 15 drawing sets (17 written explanations + 17 drawing sets if no previous adjustment) and 01 CD contains all completed drawings.
THIS PROCEDURE IS APPLIED TO PROJECT WITH LAND PLOT AREA OF 5HA OR ABOVE.
