Requirements

Depending on the nature and size of works, a dossier of application for construction permit comprises the following principal documents:

Additional information

Within the scope of e-Regulations HCMC system, we only present the procedure of construction permit applied to investment projects have 100% foreign capital.
For projects that use foreign and state capital, other than above requirements, the investors might have to provide more documents as below:
- Decision on approving the project together with the written approval of the investment of the competent State agencies, written comment on the basic design (if any) of the State management agency on specialized construction works as prescribed.
- Other relevant documents (if any)
The investors should contact Construction Permit Division of HCMC Construction Department for more guidance.
