Practice license of architects and urban planning engineers taking part in project (an authentic copy)
For construction project already has planning license, supplement one of following documents:
1.
Planning license (an authentic copy)
2.
Written assignment to the investor of competent authority (an authentic copy)
applicable to construction investment project using State capital
or
Approval of Investment intent (an authentic copy)
3.
Original or authentic copies of the relevant documents (if any) to clarify some contents of dossier

Map of current state of land plot (original)
scale 1/500
2.
Master plan of entire land plot 1/500 scale (an authentic copy)
displays current state of location and site boundaries, 1/2000 or 1/5000 scale
3.
Elevation plans of architectural space breadthways and lengthways of land plot 1/200-1/500 scale
(at least 2 elevation plans)
Depends on the scale of land plot, these plans can be grouped with master plan 1/500
4.
Urban design scheme (original)
In accordance with Clause 3 Article 33, Law on Planning and Article 12, Circular 10/2010/TT-BXD

Additional information
Number of application dossiers:
- First submission: 02 dossiers + 01 CDR contains all documents and drawings
- After the dossiers are adjusted according to the guiding of MASD (if any): 02 written descriptions and 02 drawings sets and 01 CDR (enclosed with document on the completion of the dossiers of the agency formulating the urban planning and specific urban design).
- When the dossiers are eligible for approval, the investor will have to submit in addition: 06 written descriptions, 06 drawings sets and CDR (in case no adjustment is requested: 08 written descriptions and 08 drawings sets).
THIS PROCEDURE IS APPLIED TO PROJECT WITH LAND PLOT AREA OF LESS THAN 5HA.
