Additional information
Number of application dossiers:
- First submission: 02 dossiers + 01 CDR contains all documents and drawings
- After the dossiers are adjusted according to the guiding of MASD (if any): 02 written descriptions and 02 drawings sets and 01 CDR (enclosed with document on the completion of the dossiers of the agency formulating the urban planning and specific urban design).
- When the dossiers are eligible for approval, the investor will have to submit in addition: 06 written descriptions, 06 drawings sets and CDR (in case no adjustment is requested: 08 written descriptions and 08 drawings sets)
THIS PROCEDURE IS APPLIED TO PROJECT WITH LAND PLOT AREA OF 5 HA OR ABOVE.
