Additional information

It is mandatory to indicate a place to be used as the registered office of the company. The investor and the lessor will sign an MOU on office or factory space lease and the investor pays a deposit. The lease contract will be signed by the company and the lessor after the investment certificate has been issued. (The investor can also sign the contract before having investment certificate issued if they wish to).
