The investor signs an MOU with the landlord to lease an office space which is to be used as the registered office of the company. The investor pays a deposit. The office lease agreement will be signed by the company and the landlord after issuance of the investment certificate. (The investor can also sign the contract before having investment certificate issued if they wish to).
The MOU/contract must be signed with the presence of a public notary.
