Projects must carry out environment impact assessment (EIA) report are listed in Appendix II, Decree 29/2011/ND-CP.
The investors meet the requirements of Article 16.1 of Decree 29/2011/ND-CP can make the EIA report themselves. Otherwise, the investors can hire a competent environmental engineering service company to make the report.
