Time frame

The DPI has by law a maximum of 15 business days (applicable to projects with capital up to 300 billion VND) or 30 business days (applicable to projects with capital of 300 billion VND and above) to issue the certificate.
Waiting time until next step: Min.  10 days - Max.  12 days

Additional information

If the application file is deemed incomplete. the DPI will issue an official letter specifying required additional documents. The investor should proactively contact the DPI within 3 working days.
The timeline defined by law for issuance of IRC will be recounted from the date of submission of the additional documents
