Additional information
Foreign passports can be authenticated by any district level people’s committee with no need for consular legalization.
Investors may request to authenticate as many copies of document as they wish. Please note that the district-level People's Committee will keep one authenticated copy of each document for filing.
We assume here that the investor need to authenticate 03 passports (for legal representative of the company to be created, for individual investor, and for authorized representative of corporate investor).
