Within three working days, Thu Thiem ICA will check the application file. If the application file is incomplete, ICA will notify the investor in writing which amendments or additions are needed for the application to be accepted for assessment. The time for issuance of the Investment Certificate will be recounted from the date of submission of the additional documents.
