Additional information

The person who is named in the receipt must directly collect the seal and seal specimen registration certificate. If he cannot collect the seal and seal specimen registration certificate, the legal representative of the company must directly collect the same. Upon receiving the old seal, Division of Administration on Social Security shall issue and deliver seal handing over certificate to the company.
