Within thirty (30) days from the date of issuance of investment certificate (or amended investment certificate) , the company establishment (or change of business registration contents in the investment certificate) must be published in a written or electronic newspaper ( http://dangkykinhdoanh.gov.vn/vi-vn/home.aspx) in three consecutive issues. Announcement may be made either in Vietnamese or English.
