The Ho Chi Minh City eRegulations system is an on-line database designed to bring total transparency to investment procedures in Ho Chi Minh City. It is brought to you by the Foreign Investment Agency of the Ministry of Planning and Investment of Vietnam in co-operation with HCMC People's Committee and its Departments of Planning and Investment (DPI); Hochiminh City Export Processing and Industrial Zone Authority (HEPZA); Saigon High-Tech Park (SHTP); Management Authority for Southern Area Development (MASD); Investment and Construction Authority for Thuthiem urbanized Area (Thuthiem ICA); North West Metropolitan Area Authority (NWMA).

You will find here descriptions of investment procedures in five industrial zones and outside those special zones. With the intent to simplify procedures for foreign investors with their projects and to assist in their successful registration so as to do business in Ho Chi Minh City, this system provides foreign investors with clear and specific guidance on administrative procedures in Ho Chi Minh City. It will help investors achieve their goals in the most direct way, all the while complying with the general system of Vietnamese law and local regulatory requirements.

For each step you have access to the contact details of the entities/offices/persons in charge, forms and requirements, costs, duration and laws.
